We are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional who works confidently with clients, manages projects end-to-end, and delivers functional, high-quality spaces.

 
Responsibilities

• Design and quote kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and flooring projects

• Consult with clients to assess needs, budgets, and design goals

• Create layouts, renderings, and proposals using 20/20 Design

• Manage projects from initial consultation through completion

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and trade partners

• Present design solutions and support the sales process


Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and bath design

• Proficiency with 20/20 Design software

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Sales and project management experience preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines


Compensation

• Competitive base salary with performance-based earning potential

• Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
