We are hiring a Kitchen & Bath Designer who excels at working directly with homeowners and trade partners to guide projects from first meeting through final installation. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys owning the full client experience while delivering strong design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations and develop project scopes and budgets

• Design and quote kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and flooring projects

• Create layouts and proposals using 20/20 Design

• Manage timelines, details, and follow-through from sale to completion

• Coordinate with contractors, installers, and vendors

• Build repeat and referral business through strong client relationships


Qualifications

• Kitchen and bath design experience

• Proficiency with 20/20 Design software

• Strong client communication and sales skills

• Project ownership and organizational strength

• Ability to manage multiple active projects


Compensation

• Competitive base salary with performance-based earning potential
